EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBERS

Nick Stodel: President

Nick is also responsible for managing the finances. Nick is the General Manager of Stodels Nurseries in the Cape and has been in the business for nine years.

Dawn Collard: Past President

Dawn remains part of the EXCO for a year to support and guide the new president. Dawn has been in the industry for 26 years and is a director of Eckards Garden Pavilion.

Wayne Stewart: Vice President: Marketing

Wayne's responsibilities include SANA Sponsorship, Convention, Supplier Competition and the Green Business Magazine. Wayne has been involved in the industry since 1987 and is a partner and general manager at Eckards Garden Pavilion.

Hester McLachlan-Evans: Vice President: Membership

Hester's portfolio includes Association support, Bursary committee, Member communication and regional development. Hester is the CEO of Rosendal Farms.

Ryan Goodwin: Vice President: Operations

Ryan is responsible for operational matters, Trade Fairs, Recycling and the GCA Competition. He is the Works director of Peebles Plants and has been in the industry for 7 years.

Marié Cloete: Chairperson Allied, Bulb & Seed Trade Association (ABSTA)

Marié is the chairperson of the Allied, Bulb & Seed Trade Association and also chairs the Recycling committee. She is the Product Manager: Retail at Starke Ayres.

Mike Wise: Chairperson Bedding Plant Growers Association (BPGA)

Mike has been in the industry for 28 years and is the production manager at Vrone Nursery.

Morné Faulhammer: Chairperson Garden Centre Associaiton (GCA)

Morné is the owner of Super Plants Garden Centre.

William Webb: Chairperson Growers Association

William is the chairperson of the Growers Association and has been in the industry for more than 10 years. He is the manager/owner of Coprosma Nursery based in Krugersdorp.

Charles Oosthuizen: Elected member - Marketing Support

Charles has been in the industry for 24 years and manages plant production at Tuberflora cc as director.

Tanya Visser: Elected member - Membership Support

Tanya has been involved in the industry for 17 years and is currently working for Lonehill Trading as editor of two gardening magazines and is owner of Tanya Visser cc.

Gavin Armfield: Elected member - Operations Support

Gavin has been involved in the industry for 20 years and is involved in sales and marketing at Exotica Nursery.
